HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Never received this product. Even though tracking indicates returned to Macys, I cannot get anyone to issue a refund. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE BY ANY MEANS IF CONTACT.

Other occasion to buy:Since purchasing my first set of Lenox fine China in 1979, I have gravitated to Lenox for most Tabletop pieces and Christmas ornaments. After a 30 year collection was stolen from a public storage unit, I began amassing a new collection several years ago.

Really beautiful!

I’m so glad I bought this set, it’s just beautiful! The colors and the gold details are gorgeous! I was very happy with my first 3 pieces and was not planning to add to my set but I’m so glad that I did!

Truly Beautiful

I love these figurines. They are so much nicer than I expected. Larger than I realized, I am very happy with that. I would highly recommend these as a gift or for yourself. Excellent quality as I have always found with Lenox items.

Still beautiful but I'm sad!

I bought my First Blessings nativity the 1st or 2nd Christmas after it was released! I had every piece produced including the camel and the elephant for the other 2 Wise Men! Kept collecting until 2018 when our home was completely destroyed by a fire! Everything that mattered to me was destroyed including my 2 cats!! I can never replace the early pieces that are no longer available! Breaks my heart! Enjoy every piece you have because some beloved memories can't be replaced. I still building my new collection! Hope everyone has a peaceful and very merry Christmas!!
