Poor service so could not get table cloth ordered

Irritated with extremely poor customer service! 1st ordered oval table cloth and received a rectangular (oblong) table cloth in error. Next I ordered another oval table cloth & had it shipped to nearby store (since I needed to return rectangle one and also could verify if 2nd order was correct) and was told on email that I had a full week to pick up. I went to pickup on 5th day and the store had already returned it so it was not available! She said they return items after 7 days and I explain to her that it had been 5 days and she said their system said to return it. Apparently there are multiple poorly programmed systems since I showed her the email that indicates I still had 2 more days.

Beautiful Lennox tablecloth

I purchased the 70 x 104 inch table cloth for my oval table and it fit beautifully. The platinum color looked great with my white dishes. Good quality, machine wash and tumble dry. I didn’t even need to iron it after it came out of the dryer. I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing it in the different sizes.

Lenox tablecloth - strong odor

I opened the packaging for this tablecloth and the smell of moth balls was overpowering. I washed it twice with detergent both times, and the smell got worse. I will never be able to use this. Had to put it outside because of the smell and will likely throw it out.

Labeling confusion?

Ordered the oblong tablecloth twice and received an oval tablecloth twice. They need to change the description to rectangular or something. Not sure what the problem is.
