All in Broken pieces - Poor Shipping & Packaging

Received delivered item and it was totally in broken pieces. Item was shipped box within a box. No bubble wrap or tissue paper to protect the glass item. Upon hearing all the glass chings when opening the box lid, I stopped because I was going to have to clean up the pieces if they fell onto the floor. I'm returning all the glass shards and broken pieces and I want a full refund. Disappointed!!
