Nice but Not What They Used to Be...

Mistletoe Park items remain well made and add a festive decorative element during the Holidays. More recently items seem to be of two sizes some buildings and figures inappropriately larger than others, the barn falls into this category, Pieces used to be decorated with highly detailed ornamentation which is now at a barebone level, so disappointing in that regard as well. Lastly, as with almost everything they have become more and more expensive over the years.

Beautiful but disappointed

Ordered 2, they are beautiful as expected! However, one of the barns lights doesn’t work though. I can’t return/exchange it because there aren’t anymore available on-line.

Lenox Mistletoe Park Light-Up Barn

I was thrilled to purchase this Mistletoe Park Light-Up Barn to add to my growing collection. I’m choosing my pieces carefully, as I’m wanting to create a small town/rural feel to my village scene. This piece is ideal for that purpose. It’s very authentic looking in design complete with the silo on the side, the weathervane perched on top, and a child’s sled propped up in front. The red, green and gold holiday accents add to the seasonal effect with the Christmas wreath being the focal point. I just love this barn and will look forward to displaying it with my village year after year. I grew up on a farm, so this piece is a reminder of my family and my childhood days in the country.
