Broken Glass

Love the glasses however UPS broke the stem off on glass I notified them but no response Btw there was no Fragile tag on the boxes ups drive dropped one in the flour of his truck

Broken

Ordered as gift, did in store pick up. Noticed glass shards falling out of box. Returned next day. Associate indicated that she thought these were broken the previous day when she gave them to me. Why would an associate let someone leave the store with items they suspect are broken?
