leaked! wedding present

These were purchased for my fiance as a wedding present. The liquid leaked out after wearing them once at our wedding. I’m so disappointed as they had a very special meaning to us and can’t be worn again. I really would like them to be replaced or refunded. Please contact me. Thank you.
