What happened

I am uncertain about the reason for my order being processed separately, but I work at the corporate office in Herald Square. If feasible, could you arrange for the item to be shipped to my registered address? If that is not an option, I would appreciate it if you could collaborate with the "At Your Service" team to have them retrieve the item from Herald Square so that I can collect it. Thank you for your assistance.

Poor fit

The color and fabric were good but the fit was not. I definitely picked the wrong style. However, the 32 length fit closer to a 33 or 34.

Wrong size AGAIN!

This will be the 3rd time the incorrect size was delivered on the same order. Not sure what's so hard about shipping the correct size. Ordered a pair of 34x32 jeans, each time they delivered 32x32.

Levi’s are all my husband likes to wear . Just wish they were little cheaper. Always try to buy when they are on sale.
