INCORRECT ONLINE DESCRIPTION
I ordered the grey shirt that was pictured and received a dark blue color. This was a Christmas present, so I ordered another grey shirt thinking that they just sent me the wrong shirt, but the second shirt also came as dark blue. I usually read the reviews before buying, but I didn't this time since it was a Levi's product. I had to chat with someone for 30 minutes to receive a refund and get an "I'm sorry", and now I have to make time to print a return label and find a drop off location to return a product that is incorrectly described online. VERY frustrating!
inaccurate information
Not the same color, other than that it’s nice. Same material and accurate size. It’s not grey ore like a Jean blue.
misleading information
Its not even close to the color on the advertisement. It’s Blue color not Gray.

misleading color
I thought I was purchasing a gray color button down but turns out it’s blue, dark denim like. It’s pretty but not what I wanted.
