Never arrived!! DON'T BUY IT!!

I waited for more than 12 days and it never arrived, contacted Macys and they sent me to resolve with the "main seller" and no replacement, no refund!! Macys is a third party in this case and it doesn't solve!!! DON'T BUY IT
