RUN TOO BIG! NOT TRUE TO SIZE

I just received this pair of shoes. They look very nice and comfortable; however they are not true to size. I am a size 7 and they are huge on my feet. Now I cannot even exchange them for a smaller size because they won't take them back as they are final sale. This is just ludicrous! What am I suppose to do with a pair of shoes I cannot wear. You have lost a customer!

I am sorry that you did not get what you paid for. Why don't you donate the shoes to someone who might need a pair of shoes, etc. a women shelter, someone at your church or in the neighborhood.
