A Little upset

I bought the purse for my daughters birthday November 14 and it was late and smaller than i was expecting. Gave my daughter her gift and she looked a little baffled and i said if you dont like it exchange it. So the purse was a little smaller than she was used to but she said mom it's fine i was wanting to downsize anyway. Then about a couple weeks later she showed me where the purse had beganed to fray on the side and i told her to take it back and exchange it. But she haven't as of yet.

love this purse

I just got this and I’m really happy with it. First time I used it and I had 3 people compliment this bag. Great color. Has magnetic closure on top which is really nice too.
