Horrible service with wrong product.

Wrong product was sent after waiting for 12 days. No notification of delay nothing. Wrong color (ordered black but it was navy). You can tell that it is a totally different bag. I bought this to take it to my trip from next week. Did not get it on time. Disgraceful!!
