Still waiting for my item.

How can I send a feed back, when they keep changing the dates that I should receive my items. Then I cannot refuse the item due to the fact that i still have not receive the items.

Cute but could have been better quality!

It's very cute and girly! But doesn't feel very sturdy compared to other similar branded items. There is certainly a room for improvement.
