Quality & Thickness Lacking

Much thinner fabric than Linum Terry robe purchased 5 years ago. Overall quality is nothing like these robes used to be. Loose threads, flimsy, disappointing.

My wife hated this

My wife hated it and didn't even try it on. Too thick for her and didn't feel very soft. And, sadly, I missed the return window due to a flooding issue in our house

This robe arrived in time and would not be bad, if dye were reliable. I put it in the laundry with my white robe and now my white robe has a lot of blue spots…

Be aware and save your time.

Ordered two matching white robes, both size L/XL. First a white robe missing its belt and an off-white robe arrived. I contacted Macy's to return them and did. I placed a second order for two white robes. Two more robes arrived, but these had unknown and unwanted monograms "G" and "K". Now returning these. What a waste of time. I will have ordered and returned 4 robes, spent unnecessary time on line organizing returns, and feel these are Macy's mistakes. I'll purchase elsewhere.

Different vendors

I bought thus online for my mom. It was too large so I exchanged it. The first one was soft and fluffy, the second one was not the same quality. The packing slip showed they were from two different vendors. I returned it. Not the same quality.
