Great if it worked after one play

This was a great Christmas gift for my 3 year old granddaughter until it didn't work after the first week. Do you know how awful I feel when I go over the house and my granddaughter asks me to fix it? So sad! I live in another state. When I flew to see her recently, she showed me the toy and asked me to make it work. The toy lights up and starts to wiggle then the BIG let down happens when you can't even manually open the darn thing up to let the fairy fly.

Fault with locking

Hi, It is a beautiful piece but It's box has some lacking error since I bought it. It never opened on tapping. My daughter has press the button on the doll with thumb. It would be great if you could fix the box. Thank you

Won't open

Spent a long time trying to open it with tapping and with the manual release. It lit up and rocked, but never opened. My daughter had been looking forward to it as a present for her fourth birthday and was sorely disappointed.

Magical

My girls love this toy. My 5 year old got it for a birthday gift and my 7 usually pays no attention to any of her toys, but not this one. They both enjoy playing and caring for this beautiful new addition to our toy family! It is made well enough to survive the many crashes. She is not too good at landing, and so far it has not been an issue.

This product is horrible!

I bought the flying doll and it flew once. I changed the battery and it didn't work. This is an expensive toy to not work at all. I'm not a happy customer

Locket doesnt open and doll flutters all over

At first the locket opened and the doll would fly up and away and then away again from your hand now it just falls straight to the ground when she goes up

Great interactive toy!

My daughter loves it so much. She has a great time trying to keep the flying doll in the air as long as possible. It keeps her entertained and even brother likes to get in on the action.
