The London Fog Cambridge 25" expandable spinner is durable and lightweight. The 25" and 29" spinners have a flush mounted TSA approved combination lock for security. The 8-low profile control track spinner wheels will make walking through the airport a breeze. There are two front zipper pockets for last minute items. The interior features a full London Fog stripe lining with a wet pocket, zippered accessory pocket, zippered side mesh pocket and deluxe packing cradle to keep belongings organized. Don’t waste your money

Absolutely beautiful bag! However, traveled with it once, and it was so dirty that when I retrieved it from baggage claim, it didn’t even look like the same bag. Traveled a second time, and there was a rip in the front of the bag. I’ve never had a bag get this dirty. Durability is definitely not there for the price, and would NOT recommend this brand.

Quality, weight, features, durability, and ease of keeping clean exceptional for soft sided luggage. I purchased smaller pieces 3 years ago and am happy the same luggage is still available for me to add to my collection.

Suitcase locked when arrived

I received this luggage the day before my trip. When I went to start packing I realized that someone or somehow the luggage had been locked and I could not unlock whatsoever. London Fog customer service is non-existent. The phone number did not work, the email and text numbers listed were not responsive at all. I called Macy’s customer service and the agent was extremely helpful to the extent he was able to help, but very helpful and empathetic to my situation. He processed a return pickup and I guess I’ll try again when they send the replacement
