the pattern is printed

These are made to appear as if the fabric is woven with a herringbone pattern. It is printed on. I guess that explains why they are so cheap. More wasted time returning something because of a lack of information in the description and photos.

worst flannel I have ever had

I bought two sets of flannel duvet cover manufactured by London Fog and this is one of them. They both started to pill after just a few days’ use and the pills shed terribly. All my dark colored clothes are covered with little white fluffy stuff. Never had any flannel like this before. Worst ever. Wish I could attach some pictures to show how bad they are.

Beautiful

It's a beautiful duvet set but after only 1 wash it has balled up like an old sweater. It's disappointing.

Duvet is good quality flannel

Love my duvet cover. It’s good quality flannel. Ver soft. I chose white but it more light grey. There is a pattern.

Poor quality

Sheds way too much during the wash. Also the seam ripped after the first wash. Dont bother.

Like a soft flannel shirt for your bed

I considered many flannel comforter covers before choosing this one and I am so pleased with it. The subtle herringbone pattern is a light gray and white, which was difficult for me to see in the photos. I use my down comforter without a top sheet and wash the cover weekly, so I really appreciate the softness and added warmth of this fabric. It also didn’t produce much lint after the first wash, which seems to indicate good quality to me. The size is also perfect for my comforter - no extra fabric hanging on any sides. Overall, I really love this cover and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a soft, cozy comforter cover that is just slightly more interesting than a solid shade of gray.

stunning herringbone duvet cover

This set is a very very light gray herringbone in a lightweight soft flannel. I am pleased because a lot of the cheap flannels are very heavy. This set is perfect and looks gorgeous on the bed!
