DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure why Macys is still dealing with this company but it appears to be a scamming company of some sort. I ordered the shoes they came I didn’t like them so I sent them back they said my return was being initiated and then I check back and it says incomplete. I contacted someone and have yet to hear back from anyone. They sell you stuff and then when you return it they keep the merchandise and your money. Definitely gonna contact the BBB and add there name to the list to watch out for.

Do not buy

These shoes are from 3rd party that macys sell them, the brand name is London Rag. I returned them on December 19th, 2024, till today's that the refund for one pair is missing. I have been almost more than 4 hours on the phone with more than 9 agents, and no refund yet. I am looking to find macys headquarters phone number to file complain. I am a Macy's customer since 2013. My shoes, my jeans, my cosmetics, my jewelry, my perfume are all bought from macys; however, i never had such an awful experience. If macys sells 3rd party merchandise, they should handle the returns and exchange as well. The following item return is missing.
