Horrible customer service

I had ordered 7 pairs of shoes, but when the I opened the UPS box, only 3 pairs were inside (4 were missing). I immediately chatted with a Macy's customer support person, who was very kind and said he would get a message to the company that a partial refund was needed. And that's when the drama started. I never heard from the company and contacted Macy's again. They told me to contact Rag directly. When I did, they sent an email telling me what they assumed was delivered. I responded with more details, and over the next few weeks, they sent me many, many emails with the same response. They also suggested that I contact UPS, but how would UPS know many how pairs of shoes were in the box? I finally called Macy's again, and they said that someone had made a comprehensive investigation and that the case was closed. I asked how they could have done that without even talking to me. So now I have lost money for items I did not receive. Out the money AND the shoes. BUYER BEWARE!
