Beautiful Dress but runs small

Beautiful dress. Stylish but unfortunately had to return it. It runs small. Am a size 8Petite and that size always fit beautifully but this dress was way too tight. Am not sure even a 10P would fit. I remember trying a dress from this brand before and same issue.
