Pretty but not for short waisted women

I'm not close to being long waisted, yet the smocking on this dress hits right below the bust instead of closer to my waist. Aside from that issue, the fabric feels nice and it's a pretty pattern. I needed a bright alternative to my usually darker dresses and this works for its purpose. At the sale price it's worth keeping, and I can use it at least until I find a good alternative. It's been years since I bought a London Times dress and I would try the brand again.

The fabric is nice, the style is nice

I love this dress! It just "WORKS" for me! The color is much nicer than the more orange dress, same style, that I ordered some time ago. It is a very comfortable dress!
