Excellent

This was my first time purchasing from this company. They are a third party vendor for Macys and believe me you will not regret buying from them. I received my purchase promptly as stated. Once I opened the package I was totally impressed by the quality and beauty of the stone. I bought this ring for my husband for this upcoming Father’s Day present. I’m sure he will not be disappointed. When I first ordered the ring it was not on sale. When I rechecked the price on Macys.com, the price went down do to the Friends and Family promotion going on. I immediately called Macys customer service department and was given the direct number to call to explain my situation. I was given immediate assistance and with no hassles, the manager and all team members did the research for my adjustment. Within the next two days I received a phone call from LMJ stating my refund was put onto my Macy’s credit card. I can’t say enough great things about this company at all.
