Dress is odd fitting

I’ve had this in my “save for later” for months. I finally lost the weight to fit into a size 10 which should have fit perfectly. I was excited to have another very nice dress for formal night on our cruise next week. Unfortunately the breast area was loose and waist too tight to zip. The material also felt cheap for this price. Definitely not worth the price or aggravation!

Fit is all wonky

I usually wear this style but the cut is off. The top (shoulder to waistline etc.) is extremely short. Material is ok but not what you would expect from MD.

The Perfect Dress!

I purchased this dress to wear as a wedding guest. It is true to size, and the size 14 I bought fit well. I probably should have gone for a size 16 because it was a bit snug around the shoulders and chest. I am 5'9" at 212LB. Nevertheless, I received many compliments all night and felt beautiful.

Simply Red

I purchased this dress for my 10th grader who was invited to Junior Prom. It was simple and tasteful for a 15 year old without being glitzy and over the top. The clean lines and silhouette of this dress makes it wearable for other ocassions. We followed the sizing chart and ordered a size 2. She is 5’3 and 120 pounds. Sizing was spot on. We found the shoulder straps to be about 1.5” long and had that easily altered. With 4” heels, we hemmed the front length by 3 inches and back train by 5” inches. I do not sew and it looked like a daunting task to so I took it to a seamstress, but may be an easy task for some. She looked absolutely elegant.
