very disappointing

I ordered the MAC powder from Macy’s, expecting a brand-new product, but I was very disappointed to receive a used item. The powder was unsealed and showed clear signs of prior use. Macy’s is a well-known retailer, so I’m surprised and concerned about their quality control and packaging standards. I hope they take this seriously and improve to prevent this from happening to other customers.
