Damaged item

When I saw this I really liked it, but when I received it and set it up, it never worked. It seems something was missing. I kept it because I was thinking that I was doing something wrong until I realized that it just doesn't work. Refund requested.

I am not sure if it works or not but I have ordered two and the boxes are badly damaged.
