LESSON LEARNED / why is Zero stars not an option?

The whole online situation both with this particular vendor and Macys useless chat feature was stressful ind unfruitful. Paid extra for the privilege of not receiving my order. Talked to 5 support agents all giving different and conflicting information. I wasted time and money. Hope you read this and order elsewhere AND pick a different product. Ultimately I went with Jack Georges brand form another retailer and couldn’t be happier with that decision.

Online orders are a disaster

After two weeks of hearing nothing, I received an email saying my products was returned to Macy's and I was going to get a refund. The problem was I used a combo of gift cards and my macy's credit card. I never received a refund of my gift card funds. I'm not happy
