Sent wrong size and horrible customer service

Sent wrong size shoes. Return process was an unprofessional nightmare. Got it wrong twice and spent two hours on the phone with Customer Service. Still waiting to straighten this out and won't purchase anything from Macy's again. Poor, poor, service.

Ordered half a size bigger, still too small

I usually wear a size 8, but I read the reviews and ordered half a size bigger. When I tried on the shoes, they still fit very tight, that I cannot walk comfortably in them at all.
