It gets rid of my occasional blemishes overnight. My 22 year old son and 20 year old daughter tried mine a few year ago and now they can’t go without it.

More a toner than a spot treatment

I do not know how someone could use this only on one blemish-- it is very liquidy and spreads fast. However, I have essentially used it as a toner, even applying lotion on top although it explicitly says it works best if you avoid this & it has made a huge difference on my post-birth control, hormonal, chin acne. Seems to work for prevention and shrinking. It is also effective on all forms of acne, not just the deep\cystic ones it is advertised to combat. I used dozens of acne-fighting products on my chin but they always made my skin red, irritated, flaky, etc., but this product seems sufficiently calming\soothing to really work best. Plus, it is so cheap for how many applications you get.

Must have for acne!

I've been using this for many years and will always have it around. It's very effective. Great for acne, black heads, white heads,...etc. I use it at night after cleansing and toning.

this did absolutely nothing for

this did absolutely nothing for my huge underground cyst, like completely ineffective - no reaction. most reviews recommended it. however, using pimples patches daily along with bha 9 worked. now it’s nearly gone

Been using for about two

Been using for about two weeks, but noticed I’ve been breaking out more. I’m going to keep using because I don’t want to give up just yet. I also have been skipping nights. So I have to do better. Hopefully it works!
