Disappointed

Never received the TShirt. I placed the order a month back! I am disappointed with Macy’s. My app kept showing the tshirt was in transit to the store till recently. Now all of a sudden I receive a message that your money has been refunded and I can keep the product!! How? I didn’t even get it in the first place!! Why couldn’t they simply say that it was out of stock instead of lying! Very disappointing
