Beautiful accent chair

I ordered this beautiful accent chair for my apartment. It came in nicely packed . After removing it from the packaging I see a big dirty spot and a long red pen mark . I called customer service to see my options ! The only option that was given to me was to return the chair , as in to coordinate a UPS pick up that never works with my time constraints. I needed better options . Customer service was not helpful at all !
