Very Hard and uncomfortable seat

I do not recommend buying this swivel chair. The seating pillow is very hard and extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately for me, I must return this chair and pay a 15% restocking fee, etc. Lesson learned: You must actually sit in all chairs before you buy direct from factory - sight unseen!

In NO WAY is it IVORY, But I do love this chair

very upset to get this IVORY chair to find it is a soft white thread with an oyster color or greenish-grey tread. The zipper is beige, so that would work with ivory... but this chair is more cooler shade than warm ivory. Other than that, I love the chair, and knew I would...Just can't use it in the room I bought it for. ALSO: delivery men argued back and forth about wearing a mask (I am immune deficient), then they said they didn't have a mask. Then I provided a mask... then the man who came inside didn't cover his nose with it. So very upset Macy has delivery that are disrespect
