HORRIBLE CS, THEY CAN NOT FIND ORDER #.

I HAVE HAD THIS STOOL FOR A WEEK! IT STILL SHOWS IT IN ON THE WAY AND TO BE DELIVERED ON JANUARY 11TH! I NEED TO RETURN THIS STOOL - IT IS FAR TOO SHORT AND NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE. I AM GETTING NO WHERE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME OR EMAIL ME WITH A RETURN LABEL! UPDATE YOUR TRACKING - AGAIN I HAVE HAD THIS STOOL FOR A WEEK - BAD EXPERIENCE!
