Horrible quality!

I ordered two shirts from the same vendor through Macys.com. The print is very stiff and slimy. The shirt arrived with no tags. The shirt had someone else's gross hair wrapped around it. Item is comparable to a knockoff swap meet shirt in quality. I cannot even return it because it has no tags and appears used.
