Horrible Parent Screen /battery

I loved this monitor and then the parent screen stopped holding a charge. We thought it was just a one time thing and since we liked the monitor we decided to get another one. We have had the new one for a few months and now the parent screen is all black and won’t turn on. It’s extremely frustrating as this is the device we use for babysitters as we didn’t want them having access on their phones. There needs to be a major update or fix to this parent screen, we have to now consider a different brand for monitors.

Easy to use monitor

I was given this smart baby monitor to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, this monitor was easy to use and setup. After downloading the app, it gave simple instructions for connecting it to the wifi. The video quality is great. It seemed that the sound was a bit delayed, as I would always hear my baby crying well before hearing him through the monitor. The cry assist feature would analyze the baby's cry to tell you if he is hungry, tired, gassy, or just fussy. I found that it was usually accurate, but I only ever saw it say he was tired or hungry. I found the notifications to be overwhelming. As he continued to cry I would receive one notification after the other telling me that crying was detected. There is the option of using it without wifi so that would be my preference. The parent display was easy to use, but it would be nice if there were volume buttons instead of having to go into settings. I did not use the sound options that the monitor has because I have another sound machine in his room, but this is a nice option for travel and not having to pack a monitor and sound machine. The zoom and 360 viewing abilities are great for seeing the whole room and would be great for toddlers who are getting out of bed. I found the temperature and humidity settings helpful, as other monitors I have used did not have the humidity. The temperature was in Celsius on the parent monitor though and I did not figure out how to change it if you could.

Easy set up!

The monitor has great sound and visuals love that this product is HD! Settings are very easy to navigate and personalize. As first time parents we love the option to use a MICRO SD card to capture and keep memories. It's impressive and amazing that we have the option to play lullabies soothing sounds and to use the speaker for two way communication.

Modern and sleek baby monitor

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this smart baby monitor. I was impressed by this baby monitors video quality and how easily it picked up every sound. It was a seamless effort to set-up and connect it to our home network, we had it working quickly with no trouble. The CryAssist feature was interesting and new to us, it seemed to work accurately as far as we can tell. We found it to be helpful and our other kids got a kick out of it too. The parent display unit was sleek with a slim design profile. It was very easy to navigate the menus and the quality of the picture was great. The unit also had a far range outdoors, we were able to take it outside a good distance to allow bike riding time with our other kids during the babies nap time. One of the features that stood out the most while using this baby monitor was the lengthy battery life on the parent unit, it lasted a good 10 hours. We also enjoyed the angle adjust wedge to help point the camera downwards for easily viewing our baby in the crib.

Great monitor but miss the white noise!!

I was using the older version of the 360 monitor and really like it. We hired a nanny and wanted an option for a monitor that had a separate screen to use vs. using a phone or iPad so the nanny could use it. We moved the other monitor into our room for night time and have this monitor for his room during his naps. The main issue we have is that this monitor doesn’t have white noise :( we used this for every nap with the previous 360 monitor and now we had to buy a separate white noise machine. I’m hoping there’s a way for this to be updated with a software update! There is an issue with connectivity when using our phones via WiFi.

High Quality monitor with some unnecessary features

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to test and review this baby monitor. This is an awesome, high quality video baby monitor. I love that you have the option of using the handheld display or accessing it through the app on your phone— best of both worlds! The video and sound quality are awesome. And the handheld display is very easy to use. I love that the camera rotates a full 360 degrees. The CryAssist feature is interesting, and may be great for parents looking for a monitor with allllll the bells and whistles. However I did not think it was necessary and often found that or picked up other sounds besides crying. Overall, this is an excellent video baby monitor that I would definitely recommend :)

Awesome baby monitor from a mom of 3!

This baby monitor is awesome! It has a great picture quality and easily picks up sounds. I love that I can have it on my phone and also have a monitor available for care takers. The look and feel of the monitor is nice too, very simple and sleek. I would highly recommend this monitor! With 3 boys ages 6 months to 6 years old, we have used a ton of baby monitors, and this one is by far my favorite one! We will be purchasing another camera for double monitoring. CryAssist feature is Amazing

The Maxi Cosi See Pro 360 Baby Monitor is impressive. We have used our share of monitors with 4 kids and counting and this one has been the best. The sound and video quality is exceptional, even at night in the dark. It was easy to set up and connect it to our wifi network. I was able to set it up myself without frustration. My favorite feature is the CryAssist. This feature uses AI to translate your baby's cries so you know if they are sleepy, fussy, gassy, agitated, hungry etc. I found this extremely helpful (and accurate!) especially in the middle of the night. I love the parent display and the ease of navigating through it. I also loved that I could pull up the camera via the app on my phone. This also gives peace of mind when the grandparents are baby sitting and we want to check in remotely. My husband also enjoys checking in during naps when he is at work- helps to feel connected. With the wonderful app and CryAssist, I cannot recommend this baby monitor enough. I received this smart baby monitor from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
