Received Dress Full of Wrinkles

The dress is pretty — as pictured. But I had to pay to get it pressed before I could wear it because it arrived crumbled. I thought about ironing it myself but was leery I’d burn it — and seriously every inch of it needed to be ironed I did report the wrinkles to the seller with hopes they’d improve their packaging process (the other posted review mentions wrinkles too) and received a reply asking if I had taken a picture of it and that they were anxiously waiting for my reply. I replied the same day — hadn’t taken pictures. No reply back. Nothing. Based on the lack of care, I suggest not ordering from this seller.

disappointed

I paid full price for a defective dress that I thought was from Macys. I can’t even get the refund when I return the defective dress to the store! This is very poor customer service. I didn’t hear back from the seller regarding this matter. I have to package up mail and WAIT for my refund! I should not have to wait to have my card credited when it is defective! Other than the defect in the twisted elastic, the dress hangs nicely although extremely wrinkled. I had it hanging for several days before trying on with. The hope it would de wrinkle but it has not. It would have to be professionally pressed due to the material.
