Nice ring, however there’s only one diamond which is the center one the 2 at the sides are none existent

Three-Diamond Ring - No

I think Macys send me the wrong ring. I ordered a ring with 3 diamonds but I got one with only one diamond. I thought I made a mistake. But when I looked at the website again lo and behold there was 3-diamonds. Did I order a different ring or is Macys being deceitful? Aside from the ring not having 3-diamonds, it feels solid & thick, and on sale; it’s not bad. I’m giving 3 stars, one taken off for each diamond (2 missing).
