Undelivered Order

This item sat somewhere for a month and was never delivered. It was then marked delivered, and not eligible for a return. Wow!! What type of service is this? The item had a tracking number it says is never left its original destination. There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact Macy’s online about the undelivered purchase, so customers should just write reviews when the USPS doesn’t deliver their purchases.
