Bad catch

I didn’t like this bracelet. I couldn’t get the catch to close and rather than mess with it I returned it.

Terrible customer services

I got this products in Macys Las Vegas at fashion mall … I took the sale men over 2 hours to get right products and services me when no one in store yet … and same time he have to ask his manager or colleague to help him… it was a terrible services

Broken clasp

Bracelet is beautiful but the clasp that secures it is broken. I have to take it to a jeweler for repairs since Macy’s can’t do anything
