It has never happened to me with purchases at Macy's, the quality has always exceeded expectations but with these earrings it was the opposite, the very bad material bends, I do not recommend it, they are going to waste the money like it happened to me, I give it 0

The diamonds were really cloudy. Looked like a white blob in the middle of the earring.

Cloudy diamonds

Diamonds did not shine at all. Ended up returning them and buying something better in store.
