Fraud

I ordered the ring online and never picked it up. I was charged for an item that I NEVER RECEIVED. When I called the store inquiring about why I was charged for an item I never picked up, the manager Tina was of no help. Beware of the Woodfield Mall Macys. They are of no help and will not review the cameras which is a sketchy action on top of not documenting who picked up the ring. I hope this helps someone in the future because now I’m left having to go to small claims court.
