jeans don't fit

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Ive been a loyal customer for decades. I've always bought jeans online without issue. this tiem however I ordered a size 36 waist jeans. for whatever reason they don't fit. I have 3 other 36waist buffalo jeans at home and they are lose at the waist. the new pair I bought is really tight. not sure what happened this time. hopeling to get an exchange
