What has happened to Customer service?

It had two black strings and two white strings at the back top of the hat! I had make time to go into the Chesterfield Town Center store which took an hour and a half to fininally talk with a manager about this problem with my shipment! vivid color

I purchased this for my husband to wear at our granddaughters sweet 16 party. He loves it. It's the perfect color, a vivid purple. It is well made and lined nicely. It's a comfortable weight and can be worn year around. It looks just like the picture. It does run big. I had to exchange it for a smaller size.
