Used Item Passed Off as Brand New

I ordered this item as a gift, expecting a brand-new product. What Macy’s sent me is clearly a used item. It has a horrible smell, and I can’t even imagine who might have been using it before. The condition of the item is absolutely unacceptable—it’s clearly a return, with everything in terrible shape. It’s disappointing that Macy’s would try to pass this off as new and sell it to unsuspecting customers. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’ll think twice before shopping here again.

Michael aram black orchid silver serving tray!

I purchased this gorgeous Michael aram silver black orchid serving tray for a wedding gift. The couple couldn’t stop raving about this beautiful tray. It is chic as well as timeless. The gift was a huge hit! I may have to purchase one for myself! Highly recommend!
