Product is fine. Service is sub-standard.

The pants are fine - nice quality and color. The recipient loves them. The Macy's customer service is HORRIBLE. You can't get a gift box ... you can't get a gift receipt ... the pick-up parking is used by regular "spending the day at the mall" shoppers so there's no option but to find a place to park and go into the store. The service from the 800# is also HORRIBLE.
