Gorgeous baby winter jacket

Absolutely gorgeous winter jacket for my granddaughter. It is a very heavy, super warm , quality made jacket with the cutest faux fur hood.The pockets are lined and are so warm, I definitely recommend this beautiful coat!!!

Never advised item was out of stock for 3 weeks.

I ordered this coat Dec 5th & have been waiting for it. Tracking number shows the USPS has been awaiting the package. Your Virtual assistant told me it was delivered Dec 17th. I made a claim that it was never received. I was just advised today, Dec 21st, that the coat was out of stock, and it was never sent to me. 3 weeks later! This was a Christmas present. Terrible customer service!
