Never Received These Pants!

I cannot really give these pants a good rating. I ordered these pants for my husband. He needed them for the next day since we had an anniversary party we were going to attend that called for semi formal clothing. I ordered the pants in the morning and had same day delivery. Imagine my surprise when the pants did not arrive with my order. Separately from that, Macy's notified me I could keep the pants (the ones that NEVER arrived!) because they had processed my return. Terrible service re the delivery and just as terrible service to deal with the "returning" an item I never received.
