So disappointed!!!

Macys would not allow me to return an item. I am returning this coat I ordered because it was too big for me. I spoke to customer service 3 times but issue was not resolved. Customer service told me that they will send me the return label but they never did despite talking to 3 reps. On top of that this order took over a month to be shipped to me. So disappointed. Customer service is very inefficient and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Macy’s again! I can’t even send this reviews without checking this “ I would recommend this product” email

Beautiful coat!

This coat is a nice coat that is comfortable and warm! The material is soft and I love the zipper! Two things that I would change about the coat would be: 1. Make the coat true to size. I wear Plus Size 1x-2x but ordered the coat in 3x and I’m glad that I did because it fit perfectly! In my opinion, MC coats seem to run a little bit on the smaller side . 2. I wish there were belt loops in the back of the coat only because the belt loops in the front of the coat stick out and ruin the look of the coat, when wearing it on an occasion without the belt!

Small

This coat runs smaller than MK’s usual except for the arms which were too wide. The material is cheap and attracts every piece of dust, crumbs, dog hair etc. I don’t even have a pet and it ended up with dog or cat hairs which was hard to get off. MJ went down in quality when it comes to this coat.

Great quality/well made

Great quality and fit! Worth the value. It’s been a very cold winter ( 9 degrees) and this coat kept me very warm!!! I got on sale for more than half the original price so that made the purchase even better for my budget.

Great Coat

Fit was true to size and the green color is really rich. The gold zipper also gives it a modern look. I love it

3/4 Length Jacket

I love the style, fit and length. However, the zipper sticks. Yet, I would buy it again.
