Used shoes

They shipped the use shoes. I picked at Macys stores thanks Gid that I opened my box there and I returned right away. Very sad that some people bought the shoes used as they want then returned back to Macys. In the return to got a shoes like that. Stop making yourself a diva and pay for your shoes and keep it with you.

worn shoes

I received shoe that had been worn. I wad very disappointed. I had to return it

The shoes are very nice but one size too small. The manner, however, in which the shoes arrived was terrible - no packing slip in the box - the box arrived without a shipping bag or anything! The box is totally torn and open on one side. The Michael Kors store in the Del Amo Mall in Torrance CA is permanently closed so I cannot even return them. A lesson learned - I will stick to handbags from Michael Kors! Thank you!

Trendy

This is a trendy shoe, you have to wear the shoe consistently to break it in for comfort. It goes with a lot of styles but doesn’t have the comfort level that I would like to have had.

Pretty shoe, poor strap design

Pretty shoe with nice, woven leather. Good heel height and pretty silhouette. Unfortunately, the back strap is very loose and doesn't hug the foot like it should, so the shoe won't stay on properly and the side straps sag around the foot.
