Not a fit I was expecting

I love Michael Kors sneakers and have many pairs that fit comfortably. I mean I can wear them from morning to night and feet wont hurt. So I am confused by this one. I purchased online so I'll take the heat for that but the front and side of the sneakers are tight. I'm a size 9 so the fit was perfect but the shoe I only worn for a couple of hours before I had to take them off.

The back of the shoes rubs on the back of my feet above the heels raw after longer walking with them.
