Cute but does not warm consistently

Cute pillow to have in my cold office. It warmed the first time I used. Kept it on for about 15 minutes while on my lap and could feel the warmth, then turned off and stored in a drawer. Turned it on again today and it is not warming. Batteries are brand new so not sure why it's not working. Purchased Last Act for a very nominal amount so I did get my money's worth.

It didn't work. So disappointed. Macy's sells unexpensive items that r sold at the L.A. fashion center n the worse part, don't work!

Warm and Cozy!

Such a cute idea. Would make a nice gift for Christmas or Valentine's Day. Who doesn't need a warm pillow? The price was unbelievable! I got four of them.

Waste of money

Cute little pillow but does not work as described….I realize it was a last act price but why sell something that doesn’t work and can’t be returned.
